Birth doula support is the most personal service I offer and it’s the one closest to my heart. When you hire me as your doula you're not hiring a service. You're gaining a knowledgeable friend who will show up for you completely: before, during, and after your birth.
Essential Birth Support — $1,200
Before your birth:

✦ Your birth plan written together
✦ Unlimited phone and text support
During your birth:
✦ Continuous physical and emotional support starting in active labor
✦ Advocacy: I know your birth plan and I speak up when you can't
✦ Partner coaching
After your birth:
✦ One postpartum visit scheduled within the first week
✦ Continued support and referrals

Elevated Birth Support — $1,500 For the mom who wants more: more time, more education, more preparation.
Everything in Essential, plus:
✦ A printed childbirth education guide: beautifully organized and yours to keep
✦ Choose your experience:
Four total prenatal visits: deep, intentional time together
OR two prenatal visits + one group childbirth education class: connect with other expecting parents while getting the education you deserve
