CHILDBIRTH EDUCATION

I work for YOU, not the hospital. That means my only agenda is making sure you have everything you need to make informed decisions that are best for you and your family. No policies. No time limits. No information withheld.

In-person childbirth education with me is available two ways:

Private Sessions — $400 per couple
Conducted in the comfort of your own home, on your schedule, at your pace. We will spend 4-6 hours together, scheduled in 2-hr increments. You’ll be able to ask every question, go as deep as you want, and receive education that is completely tailored to your specific birth preferences and concerns. We will work to create your personalized birth plan together & it will be delivered to your inbox ready to go.

Choose private if you:
✦ Want sessions in the comfort of your own home
✦ Have lots of questions and want time to ask all of them
✦ Prefer privacy and a more intimate setting
✦ Want everything tailored specifically to your birth plan

Group Sessions — $250 per couple
Offered quarterly based on interest. A wonderful opportunity to connect with other expecting parents, share experiences, and learn together.

Choose group if you:
✦ Want to connect with other expecting parents
✦ Enjoy more hands on activities and group discussion
✦ Want a lot of information in a fun and social setting, completed in one weekend

What's included:
✦ 6 hours of education split across Saturday/Sunday of one weekend. We will cover everything from pre-labor to postpartum & topics like mental health, breastfeeding, & baby care
✦ A birth plan template + time for questions so you feel confident building your own birth plan
✦ Text access to me throughout your pregnancy for any extra support you may need
✦ A complete resource folder & handouts assembled in a beautiful folder that’s yours to keep
✦ Physical labor tools, labor positions, comfort measures, & how to actually use them

I don't teach you how to be a good patient. I teach you how to be an informed one.
