Perinatal Fitness

HOW IT WORKS

HOW IT WORKS /

STEP 1

Birth support services require an in-person meeting before we agree to work together. Virtual services, encapsulation, & local education can be scheduled as available.

For birth doula services: please fill out my in-depth inquiry form so I can get to know you better!

STEP 2

For birth doula services: after I’ve read through your inquiry form I will reach out to schedule an in-person meeting.

We’ll grab a coffee & chat about your story & your goals. The goal of this meeting is to get a good feel for how our personalities fit together & what it might feel like to work together.

Usually spouses do not come but they are always welcome, as are your older kiddos!

STEP 3

If we both feel our meeting went well & we would like to work together, I will send the required paperwork for us both to sign.

After that we’ll move forward with our doula-client friendship!
