Childbirth Education

Not your hospital’s standard class. All information is evidence based, tailored to you, & delivered with you & your baby in mind: not based around policy.

Perinatal Fitness

Movement that meets you exactly where you are: preganant, postpartum, or anywhere in between. Private studio sessions with someone who actually understands what your body has been through and what it’s capable of. Your babies are always welcome to join us.

Placenta Encapsulation

STEP 1

Fill out my service inquiry form & let me know which services you’re interested in working together on.

Please let me know once completed & I will get back to you as soon as possible!

Birth doula services require an in-person meeting before scheduling. All others can be scheduled as available!

STEP 2

For birth doula services: after I’ve read through your inquiry form I will reach out to schedule an in-person meeting.

We’ll grab a coffee & chat about your story & your goals. The goal of this meeting is to get a good feel for how we would work together.

STEP 3

If we both feel our meeting went well & we would like to work together, I will send the required paperwork for us both to sign.

After that we’ll move forward with our doula-client friendship!
